Puertecitos, Mexico

My mother's parents had a couple of trailers on the beach in Puertecitos, Mexico. I can remember going there at least twice as a kid. Left to right in the first picture, my sister Lee Ann, me, my sister Sharon (in the background) and my cousin Kathy. I believe that this picture was taken in April of 1966; we were there over Easter. I have some vivid memories of my maternal grandfather, Keith Abbott, shooting off bottle rockets on the beach in Puertecitos.

Someday, I would like to find my way back there again and walk on the beach...
