Thanks for the list. I'm collecting these and today a Starbucks had two more, both songs: "Madly" by Tristan Prettyman, and "Jacqueline" by James Hunter. Both expire Sept. 15th. I'm not sure if this store is putting them out early or what.
Thank you for your list. I am also collecting the Picks of the Week but my local Starbucks doesn't always give them out on time. Luckily, the barristas make all past non-expired Picks available and don't care if I take an extra one or two to update my collection. Your list lets me know what I'm missing or if I'm up to date. Last week, I picked up "Alright"
by Ledisi and today I got "El Arbol" by Ersi Arvizu. I got them
at different Starbucks, so it is
not the obvious case of a single
store mixing up their stock.
Just so you know, we've got some special ones in Chicago for Lollapalooza (Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings - 100 Days, 100 Nights/Newton Faulkner - To the Light/Jamie Lidell - Jim)....but we're still checking your list to make sure we've got all the regular ones - thanks! I think many of the stores are not following the order.

We also have some special ones in Austin in support of Austin City Limits. The one I picked up today (9/14) is "War Hero" by Antibalas. The card looks like the others except it has an Austin City Limits logo in the upper left corner of the card (below the Pick of the Week red banner. This is the first one I've seen like this.
We also had a "The Hotel Cafe Tour 2008" here in Atlanta. Not sure if they're US Wide, but it was a week ago... 4 songs - Ingrid Michaelson, Thao Nguyen, Kate Havnevik and Meiko
Starbucks is also doing a similar promotion in Canada. I have picked up 3 cards so far from there as well.

I just wanted to applaud you for your diligence and efforts in documenting your collection as it appears to be quite a handy reference and help for others out there - myself included. I actually collect these, as well as Starbucks gift cards as well. There is an internet group primarily focused on the collecting of gift cards: www.giftcardcollector.com. A member of this group had asked that SOMEONE please document via discussion forum threads the releases of these iTunes / Starbucks cards. Sometimes, the baristas leave a white card listing the week's artist and dates along with the Pick of the Week cards. I assume these are to help them track distribution, but I take the white cards if I see them! I was lucky enough to get the white cards for the Chicago Lollapalooza cards so I can verify the dates they were distributed with certainty:

From iTunes, all you have to do is select the song in your Music Library, click the arrow in a circle to the right of the song name, and that will take you to the song's spot at the iTunes Store. From there, if you right click it, you can "Copy iTunes Store URL," then paste it here!

Does anyone know how these songs are selected? Are they random, or do artists apply... how does this work?
My store in modesto california has the whole cards since they began.
Looking for cards from 9/2009 thru Dec 2009 ... I thought the program had ended ... Today I was able to get the latest cards from Dylan and Fruit Bats
