2011 Back to School Ice Cream Social

We spent part of the afternoon at a back to school ice cream social at Jack's school. We missed last year's ice cream social when we were in Napa.

It is hard for me to wrap my brain around the fact that Jack is starting eighth grade. This will be his ninth year at the school. In less than a year, we will be done with this school and moving on to high school!

2009 Back to School Ice Cream Social

We spent part of the afternoon at a back to school ice cream social at Jack's school. It gave us a chance to meet his teacher and check out the classroom. Jack's home room teacher this year is the same teacher that he had for kindergarten. Jack ran around with his classmates, while we visited with a few parents.

We spent part of the afternoon at a back to school social at Jack's school. It gave him a chance to meet his new teacher, check out the new classroom and run around with his friends.

2006 Back to School Ice Cream Social

With school starting tomorrow, Jack and I went to an ice cream social at the his school. He had a chance to find his classroom, meet this teacher, see where his desk will be and connect up with some of his classmates that he has not seen much over the summer. One of Jack's best friends was there and the two of them spent an hour plus dashing back and forth around the school and in and out of the classrooms.

In the afternoon, we went to an Ice Cream Social at Jack's school. We got a chance to visit his new classroom and meet the teacher.
