Sharon and I started the process of taking down the Christmas decorations. I went over and got six of the larger boxes from the storge unit.
We spent the morning taking the ornaments off the Christmas tree. I love our collection of Christmas ornaments. The two of us were able to get the tree out of the stand and through the front door. I cut the tree up with my chainsaw and stuffed it into the green barrel.
Sharon got a couple of downstairs boxes packed in the afternoon. Ahead of the Deterding Ranch Neighborhood Christmas Party, Sharon added a number of new decorations this year. It is going to take us until at least Monday to get everything packed up and back to the storage unit.
While I really enjoy the house at Christmas, it is time.
