Saturday night, we had Janie over for dinner. Sharon made a couple of new recipes, including: honey glazed pepper chicken; potatoes; mushrooms, and; corn on the cob. We cooked everything on the Weber. I essentially barbecued a whole chicken split in half.
We will probably use the corn recipe again. It included soaking the corn in salt water brine, cooking the ears on the barbecue until the husks were scorched, wrapping the corn in towels and putting them in a cooler for 30 minutes.
