Trying to figure out how we are going to navigate the next couple of months(?) without a kitchen, Sharon and I finished the day with dinner at Zocalo University Village. We both had enchiladas. I had a mix of Mole Enchiladas, Enchiladas Guanajuato and Enchiladas Rojas.
