
We teed off at 11:50 am. The course was very nice; the fairways were in great shape. Overall, it wasn't as hard as I expected it to be. Although I didn't par a hole, I bogeyed six holes. I was in seven greenside bunkers, but was very successful in getting out. I made an absolute mess of several of the par fives.
I ended up with a very liberally scored 108.

The four of us finished the day with dinner at Wild Fish in Pacific Grove. From my perspective, it was not a good experience. We had a 7:30 pm reservation. They seated us in the bar for 30 minutes before they took us to a table. Sharon and I spilt a ceviche; it was not good. I had swordfish and risotto as an entree, while Sharon had sablefish. My entree was not good...
