Saturday afternoon, Sharon and I went to Amelia's baptism at St. Ignatius Church. Sharon is Amelia's godmother, while Sharon's brother Tim is her godfather. There was one other family having their twin boys baptized at the same time. Our group included Tom, Eric, Tim, Terry and Steve, Kevin and Leah, Lydia, Sharon and I and several friends of Kevin, Leah and Amelia.Sharon and I went to Lydia's christening in November of 2015.
Afterwards, everyone went back to Kevin and Leah's house. They have a tradition of smoking cigars after the baptism. Passing out cheap gas station cigars, I skipped the tradition. I had a bad experience ten years ago; the cigar didn't agree with me...
