Jack played in his tenth game of the 2007 baseball season against the Yankees. He was 1 for 3 at the plate. He hit a high pop up on the right side behind the pitcher for an out, drove one through the left side for a single and hit one down the third base line which the other team made a great play on. Jack came around to score on his single.
In the field, he played four innings at shortstop and made several nice plays.
Trailing 7 to 6 after four innings, his team ended up losing 12 to 6. Their record is now 3 wins and 7 losses. This was a game that Jack particularly did not want to lose; one of his classmates was on the other team.
