Sharon and I had dinner at Ad Lib. This is the Thomas Keller pop-up restaurant currently staffed by the French Laundry employees. It is located in the Silverado Resort in Napa.We had a very nice dinner that included prime beef short-rib wellington for two, braised garden greens, and roasted garden turnips. Sharon said afterwards that she enjoyed the meal, but still loves Ad Hoc.
