Tom and Eric's Progress on the Way of St. James - Day 11

Tom and Eric spent their eleventh night on the Camino at the Parador de Santo Domingo de la Calzada. This was rest day; they stayed two nights in one place for first time. Tom said that it was not only an opportunity to rest all the body parts, but a chance to really explore a town at leisure. He said that he felt so light and airy without a backpack. "Santo Domingo de Calzada is nice old town with a lot of charm and nice little shops. It is not too crowded."
