Lesson G: Colors

Sharon spent the afternoon as the Art Docent for Jack's first grade class. Lesson G taught the kids about primary and second colors on the color wheel.

The class looked at Broadway Boogie Woogie by Piet Mondrian and Tridem K [shown below] by Victor Vasarely and learned about the artists.



For their art project, the class painted a Mondrian style picture using primary colors and a Vasarely style picture suing primary and secondary colors.
