About two weeks ago, Apple released iTunes 4.9. This version supports Podcasting. It now allows you to elect subscription options and download your favorite podcasts automatically.
On my sister's blog, she has been recommending a few podcasts and providing some pointers on how to get started listening to Podcasts with iTunes. One of her recent recommendation is the Discovery Channel "Chasing Lance at the Tour" podcast.
