1984 was a watershed year. The Wallens moved to Bremerton in the late Summer. Nooter moved to Washington, D.C. in the fall. Drew was born in November.
Before Nooter moved to Washington, D.C., he moved out of the infamous Buoy Way house to an apartment off West El Camino. I can remember sitting in his car in the parking lot of the apartment complex listening to Legs by ZZ Top.
The Song for 1984 is ZZ Top's Legs.
