Sharon and Laura's Las Vegas Adventure - Day #3
After a late breakfast at Cafe Americano at Caesars Palace, Sharon and Laura spent the bulk of the day on a hiking tour of the Valley of Fire. Sharon said that they covered about two miles.
They finished the day with dinner at Sinatra Italian Restaurant at the Wynn. Sharon had Ossobuco “My Way” [braised veal ossobuco, saffron risotto Milanese, gremolata], while Laura had vegan Mushroom Milanese [lightly breaded pan fried mushroom-almond ricotta pancake, tomato fonduta, tricolor salad].
