With warmer weather, my back and legs are feeling better.  I ran 7.04 miles at lunch at a pace of 9:14.  Over the first five miles, my splits times got faster each mile: 9:29; 9:18; 9:03; 8:46; and 8:40.  I drifted in the last two miles with splits of 9:36 and 9:40.
