After a very mediocre dinner at California Cafe in the Arden Fair Mall (Sharon and I both agree that we are not going back), we went Christmas tree shopping at Cal Expo.Missing in action last year, the large Christmas Tree lot in the Cal Expo west parking lot is back. We have bought a Christmas Tree there four out of the last five years.
They had a nice selection of more than 50 flocked trees in a large tent. After an extended debate between Sharon and Jack over which tree to get, we settled on a tree and headed home.
I have been feeling like we are way behind getting organized for Christmas, but looking back at past years, we have typically gotten our Christmas tree about now.
