We hosted the December meeting of Jack's webelos den. Six of the eight boys in the den showed up. The boys worked on the first three requirements for their Craftsman activity badge. This included: explaining how to safely handle the tools that they used; constructing two different wooden objects; and making a display stand.For the two wooden objects, the boys made Christmas tree and star ornaments. For the display stand, they made a stand for displaying the pinewood derby racers.
