Sharon and I finished watching season four of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. The fourth season was released on February 17, 2022. We finished watching the first season on September 6, 2019, the second season on September 22, 2019 and the third seasaon on March 6, 2020.
The show stars Rachel Bresnahan (Rachel in House of Cards) as Miriam "Midge" Maisel. Maisel is a New York housewife in the late 1950s who discovers she has a knack for stand-up comedy and pursues a career in it. Marin Hinkle (Judith on Two and a Half Men) and Tony Shalhoub (Wings and Monk) feature in supporting roles as her parents.
The series has been renewed for a fifth season. Reportedly, this will be the final season.
Both Sharon and I have really enjoyed this show. I recommend it. [Note to self], we need to binge watch these series. Lately, we have ended up watching several shows with large gaps between episodes. It makes it hard to keep track of the plot.
