Thursday afternoon, Debbie, Jim, Sharon and I played nine holes at Ancil Hoffman. We trying to make this somewhat of a weekly tradition.
After playing horribly at Sea Ranch last Saturday, I decided that I needed to shake things up. I didn't use my driver, only five wood and hybrid four iron. I also went back to something that I was doing after my first Golftec lesson: starting my backswing with my hips. I felt better on the driving range than I did at Sea Ranch.
I ended up having more fun, but scoring poorly. Honestly counting every shot, I had a 64. For comparison, three weeks ago, I shot a 54!?!
I have got to get back and take some more Golftec lessons.
Afterwards, the four of us had a couple of cocktails on the patio.
