I spent most of the day in the TAG Meeting. TAG includes the IT Directors from the affiliates. The agenda was almost exclusively dedicated to our EHR project. Topics included: governance and committee structures; charter including timelines and costs; scope of the project; infrastructure and technical operations; and, local expectations.
