Leadership Council

I spent the day at Leadership Council at a new venue called The Falls Event Center. Coincidentally, there was an article about the event center in the Sacramento Bee on Tuesday morning. I read the article just before I walked out the door.

Most of the morning was spent on an executive message. The rest of the day covered Gallup StrengthsFinder. The afternoon agenda included: the Strengths-Based Organization Begins at the Top; Meeting the Needs of Your Followers, and; The Role of Coaching.
