Jack played in his fourteenth baseball game of the season. He pitched the second inning. He struck out one batter and threw another batter out at first. Jack was two for two at-bat. He laced a strong hit passed the right fielder in the second inning and beat out a sharp infield grounder in the fifth inning. In the fifth, Jack scored from first on a strong hit down the left field line by Cole.
