2007 Indoor Soccer Game 3

Jack played in his third game of the winter indoor soccer season. His team jumped out to a 5 to 0 lead in the first five minutes and coasted to a 9 to 2 victory.

Jack played fullback and forward in the first half. He scored two of the goals.

He played goalie for the entire second half. Jack allowed two goals under somewhat unusual circumstances. Rather than continue to pile it on in the second half, their coach had Jack and his teammates pass the ball back and forth in their end of the field. When the ball was passed to Jack by one of his teammates, he could not pick it up, he had to kick it. This tactic led to the ball getting put in front of goal on a number of occasions where Jack could not dive on it. The other team ended up tapping it in twice. Jack was not pleased.

Their record is now 4 wins and 0 losses.
