Virtually Biking Across America - Day 64
On day 64, I rode 20.0 miles east across Nebraska. Starting the ride on Interstate 80 about one mile southwest of the town of Brule, I rode along Interstate 80. I passed the Sand Hill Pony Express Station [N 41° 06.313 W 101° 43.203] outside of Ogallala. I finished the ride on Interstate 80 [41° 7' 1.01", 101° 32' 33.08"]. Between here and Fort Kearney, the Pony Express Trail stays close to Interstate 80.
This was another very fast downhill ride. I averaged 21.1 miles per hour.
The trip log for Virtually Biking Across America is here.
