Super Bowl LIII

Flying in from the East Coast, Pat and Bernard showed up at the house in the second quarter of the Super Bowl. We had a very nice visit. Sharon made a great dinner of rubbed ribs.

The Super Bowl was very odd. Distracted on a couple of different fronts over the course of the evening, I should probably go back and rewatch the game. The New England Patriots beat Los Angeles Rams by the score of 13 to 3 in the lowest scoring Super Bowl ever. No Super Bowl had gone into the fourth quarter without a touchdown. This one did with the score tied 3 to 3. Julian Edelman was the game's MVP with 10 receptions for 141 yards.
