At Ancil Hoffman Golf Course

Thursday afteroon, Sharon and I played nine holes at Ancil Hoffman Golf Course. Sharon teed off at 2:52 pm with Debbie, Jim and Jim's friend Jeff. Larkin and I teed off at 3:08 pm. It was overcast. It drizzled on us from 2nd to the 4th holes.

Making consistent contact on the driving range, I was pretty happy with how I was striking the ball over the course of the round. I made a mess of the first hole, but settled down. I had a long par putt on the 2nd hole, but three putted... With the greens wet, I three putted the first four holes. I made a long putt on the 6th hole to card a bogey.

I ended up with a liberally scored 57. Managing my emotions better than Monday, I enjoyed the afternoon.
