Leaving Jack's baseball game on Saturday, we rushed home and got cleaned up. From there, we headed to the Sanborn's for a quick drink and some hors d'oeuvres. Leaving Jack with Tim, Marlene, Philip, Sharon and I headed to SEAs dinner and silent and live auctions at the St. Joseph's Parish Hall.
We had a great evening. I finally won one of the recurring live auction items that I have been pursuing for the last several years. By the time, we got home it was almost midnight.
This is one of the main fund raisers for Jack's school. It is the eleventh year that they have had the auction and the eighth year that we have attended [2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009]. Hopefully, next year, the event will be held at the new Good Shepherd Parish Hall.
