10k plus at lunch

I have a 6.4 mile out and back that I will run at lunch when I am at Mather and can create a hole in my schedule. About 2/3's of this course is on an old bike trail that loops around the east end of the Mather airport. Today, I cruised out running about 8:30s for the first four miles and then carried a 7:52 over the fifth mile. This is a pretty good time running by myself; normally, I have to chasing a rabbit like Wallen to have that kind of split!
