Jack played with Nick Sogard at Jesuit. Playing shortstop and leading off for Loyola Marymount against UCLA, Sogard was 1 for 2 with a walk, a RBI and a sacrifice fly.
LMU lost to UCLA by the score of 6 to 1. The two teams will play again on Monday.
Jack played with Alex Isola at Jesuit and with Walbeck. Playing catcher and batting sixth for TCU against Central Connecticut State, Isola was 2 for 4 and was hit by a pitch.
TCU beat Central Connecticut State by the score of 9 to 5.
In TCU's second game of the day against Arkansas, Isola did not play.
TCU lost to Arkansas by the score of 6 to 0. TCU was eliminated from the tournament.
Jack played with Nick Iwasa at Jesuit. Nick pinch hit for Sacramento State in the bottom of the ninth against Stanford and flied out to right.
Sacramento State lost to Stanford by the score of 12 to 3. Sacramento State was eliminated from the tournament.
