I use five different applications as part of my ongoing fitness routines. These include Apple Activity, Peloton, RunKeeper, Pedometer++ and Withings.
Sharon and I have used the Withings app since 2013 when I bought an internet of things wifi Withings scale. In 2020, we added a Withings thermometer. In addition to keeping weight and temperature data, the Withings app is connected to all of the other apps via Apple Health and provides steps and activity data.
