For the fifth straight year, [2019, 2020, 2021, 2022], we started decorating the house for Christmas before Thanksgiving rather the weekend after. It is nice not to have to spend the weekend after Thanksgiving decorating...
We spent Saturday taking down the fall decorations. Saturday afternoon in the rain, I moved the fall decorations to the storage shed and dragged the Christmas boxes back. There are more than forty Christmas boxes of different shapes and sizes!?!
Sunday, we focused on getting all of the Christmas decorations up inside the house. We are probably about 85% done with the inside.
Monday, I will spend most of the day putting the Christmas lights and other decorations up on the outside of the house. With a busy week planned, we have to figure how when to get a tree.
