After Sharon made a great aspargus, goat cheese and smoked salmon omelette for breakfast, the day included:
- a Peloton core workout;
- a Peloton lower body stretch;
- a five mile run along the bluffs;
- an hour of pickle ball at Moonraker, and;
- a mile and half hike to Black Point Beach and back for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres on the beach.
