11.15 Mile Run

After swinging by the company picnic, I went for a long run. I ended up running 11.15 miles in 1:49:30 for an average pace of 9:50 per mile. I can not remember the last time I ran this far. I used the data from my Garmin Forerunner 201 and the GPSVisualizer web site to generate the following map of the run.
