2011 PAL Varsity Comp Basketball SEAS versus Holy Family

The SEAS Eagles played their fifth game of the weekend in the Christian Brothers tournament against Holy Family. Holy Family had to play back-to-back games; they lost to OLA and then had to turn around and play SEAS.

After shooting 14% against St. Mary's, the Eagles shot 41% against Holy Family. Several players who were in a multi-game shooting slump started to make baskets.

Witht the second and third string playing lots of minutes, SEAS won the game by the score of 50 to 38. The box score is here.

Jack ended up playing 12 minutes of the 28 minute game. He was 2 for 3 from two point range and 1 for 2 from the free throw line for five points. Jack added one assist and one turnover. In a game plagued by fouls, Jack actually had four fouls. I thought that he might actually foul out!

The SEAS Eagles now have 10 wins and 7 losses for the season. The game log is here.

The Eagles will continuing playing in the consolation bracket of the Christian Brothers Tournament next Saturday.
