2011 Leadership Symposium Day 2
I spent a second day at the 2011 Leadership Symposium at the San Francisco Airport Marriot. The agenda included: Improving Our Value to Fulfill Our Mission; Transforming Care Delivery; and Making it Personal - Your role in Engaging Employees. The presenter for the last session was Jerry Estenson, a professor at CSU.
