California Historical Landmark #604 revisited

Walking through Old Sacramento to the River Cats game on Friday night, a historical plaque caught my eye. Although I had finished mapped all of the California Historical Landmarks in Sacramento County almost six years ago, I hadn't remember seeing this plaque before. It looks like it has only been put in place in the last year.
