Sharon and I went to the 11th annual Back to School Night at his school. The general session included a welcome by the priest and the principal, short speeches by the chairs of the school board, the parent association and the auction committee and an introduction of all the staff and teachers.
Afterwards, we listened to a robin round presentation of the curriculum. Jack is now in middle school and has different teachers for different subjects. We finished by wandering into his classroom, talking to his home room teacher and checking out his desk.
