To Donner Lake

Last June, we were scheduled to go to Wong's condo at Donner Lake. I caught COVID in the events surrounding Bachman's celebration of life. We had to cancel.

We had rescheduled the trip for Sunday. With Tropical Storm Hillary spreading rain across California, we pushed everything a day.

Sharon and I rolled from Carmichael just after 330 pm. With a couple of short stops and a battle with the GPS, we finally got to the condo at Donner Pines West after 530 pm.

Getting settled in the condo, we caught up and had some hors d'oeuvres. Eventually, we had lasagna, salad and garic bread for dinner.

Sharon, Holly and I finished the night playing a short game of Hyyge.
