Sharon and I played golf with the
Sanborns at DarkHorse Golf Club. I shot a very liberally scored winter rules 102. I feel like I have been hitting the ball a lot better. This was the fourth time that I have played golf in less than a month. Starting with the back nine on the second day of the Petersen Shootout, I have been driving the ball well off the tee. I had one drive on the back nine that was almost 260 yards. Putting continues to be a struggle; I had 10 three-putts and one four-put. urggh…
After golf we made a stop at Cante Ao Vinho for a quick wine tasting. We essentially crashed someone's graduation party from McGeorge Law School.
We finished the evening with dinner at Sanborn's new house in Rocklin. They served a great dinner of lobster tails.
