Repeat. Up early, I wandered up to the Observation Bar to drink coffee, enjoy the sunrise, watch the Seabourn Encore sail into port and work on the blog.
We had a late breakfast at The Patio on deck 9 for the first time. We both had quiche.
Pivoting away from our normal rhythm, we reserved a cabana for the day in “The Retreat” on the top deck of the ship. This is not something that we would normally do. It is one of the three days on the fifteen day cruise that we didn't booked an excursion. We relaxed, read our books and enjoyed the hot tub. We had s small Nicoise Salad [grilled tuna, green beans, potatoes, eggs, anchovies] for lunch.
We wandered into Myrina for a short time in the late afternoon. It was odd. More than half of the shops were closed. There are people who got on the boat on Sunday in Istanbul. Sharon noted that if this was the first stop on our cruise that she would be disappointed...
It was formal night. We got dressed up and finished the day with dinner at The Restaurant. We both had rack of lamb.
